The Luminaria Festival is held annually the 3rd Saturday in December. With the help of volunteers, luminaries (paper bag, sand, candle) are placed along the Virginia Ave. Greenway through St. Elmo, lighting the way to a community block party with food vendors, a makers market, silent auction, live music, and performances! Luminary kits are available for purchase beginning in December with all purchase sales going to a local non-profit partner!
